Soul Knight Creator Program S2|Frequently Asked Questions

All dates and times below are in UTC+8.
Please read these answers together with the official S2 event guidelines.
Participation and Content
Q1. Can I join if I have a small channel or didn't participate in S1?
A: Yes. All overseas Soul Knight players and creators are welcome, regardless of nationality or location. There's no minimum follower count, and you don't need to have taken part in S1. Your videos must meet the S2 requirements and pass review.
Q2. Which platforms can I use? Can I enter on both?
A: You can submit horizontal long-form videos on YouTube and vertical short-form videos on TikTok. You're welcome to use both, but you can submit 5 videos in total across the two platforms, not 5 on each.
YouTube Shorts are not eligible. We recommend videos of at least 2 minutes on YouTube and at least 15 seconds on TikTok.
Q3. Which languages can I use?
A: We accept English, Korean, and Russian only. Any narration, subtitles, and key on-screen explanations must be in one of these languages. The main information in your title and description must also follow this requirement.
Q4. Do I need narration or subtitles for a gameplay video?
A: Not if viewers can understand it without them. Gameplay videos, highlights, and similar content can be submitted without narration or subtitles. Your title and description must still follow the English, Korean, or Russian language requirements.
Q5. Does my video have to cover the latest update? What can I make?
A: Your video can feature any version of Soul Knight, as long as it's your original work and relates to the game. Choose one of these categories:
- Build & Guide: Builds, guides, tutorials, and gameplay tips.
- Fun & Moments: Highlights, challenges, funny moments, and creative edits.
- Fan Creation: Drawings, animation, cosplay, crafts, stories, music, and other original fan works.
Q6. Can I enter with a video I published before S2?
A: No. You must publish your video between October 20, 2026, at 12:00 and November 8, 2026, at 23:59 and submit it before the deadline. Previously published videos, including the reference videos in the guidelines, are not eligible. Those examples are there for inspiration; do not copy or repost them.
Publishing and Submitting
Q7. Do I need to fill out the form? Should I submit each video separately?
A: Yes. Fill out a separate form for each video you want to enter: https://forms.gle/wCiyT6VrpKfPhaEq6
Publishing a video, adding the hashtag, tagging our account, or sending us a link does not replace the form. Only videos submitted through the form will be reviewed for rewards.
Q8. When should I submit? Do I still get 72 hours if I publish near the end?
A: Submit within 72 hours of publishing your video and no later than November 8 at 23:59. Both deadlines apply. Publishing near the end does not extend the submission window: a video published on November 8 must still be submitted by 23:59 that day.
Q9. How many videos can I submit? Is there a weekly limit?
A: You can submit up to 5 videos during the entire event, across YouTube and TikTok combined. There is no separate weekly limit, and using other accounts or email addresses does not give you extra entries.
If you submit more than 5, we'll review only the first 5 distinct videos, in the order their forms were submitted. The rest will not count toward rewards.
Q10. Can I replace an entry with a newer video that gets more views?
A: Submitted videos generally cannot be replaced or swapped. If you made a mistake in the form, contact us for a correction rather than submitting the same link again.
You can enter a newer video separately if it meets the rules and you haven't reached the 5-video limit. You're free to publish more Soul Knight videos, but videos beyond that limit will not count for this event.
Q11. Can the same video earn rewards on both platforms? Can I add the views together?
A: No. If you post the same content on YouTube and TikTok, select one platform in the form. We'll use only its views on that platform to calculate rewards. Views from different platforms or videos cannot be combined to reach a reward tier.
Changing just the title, music, or subtitles, or making minor edits to the same clip, does not make it a separate entry.
Q12. What should I include in my post and form? Do I have to tag your account?
A: Add #soulknight and include Soul Knight in your title or description. Tagging our official account is optional and does not replace submitting the form.
In the form, provide the required details, including your email address, display name, PID, UID, channel information, video title, link, publication time, and category. Please double-check them before submitting.
Rewards and Engagement
Q13. Will I get a reward even if my video has very few views?
A: Yes, as long as your video meets the requirements and passes review. You don't need a high view count to earn the basic in-game reward. Filling out the form alone, however, does not guarantee approval.
Rewards depend on the performance we verify for each eligible video. Low-quality, copied, ineligible, or manipulated entries will not earn rewards.
Q14. What are the in-game rewards? Are the thresholds different for each platform?
A: Yes. Each platform has its own view thresholds:

Videos that reach a cash reward tier also receive 10 Fish Chips. Each video receives only the reward for its highest qualifying in-game tier; lower-tier rewards are not added.
Q15. Do reward tiers stack? Can I earn both in-game and cash rewards?
A: You can earn both types of reward, but lower-tier rewards do not stack. Each video receives the reward for its highest qualifying in-game tier and, if eligible, its highest qualifying cash tier.
For example, a YouTube video with 35,000 verified views earns 10 Fish Chips + US$180. It does not also earn 5 Fish Chips, the basic participation items, or cash from lower tiers.
Q16. How many views do I need for cash rewards? How much can I earn?
A: Cash rewards start at 5,000 views on YouTube and 6,000 views on TikTok. TikTok videos must also meet the engagement requirements for their view tier.

Each tier offers a fixed reward; payment is not calculated per view. Once a video reaches the top tier, additional views do not increase its reward beyond the listed amount.
Q17. What like rate and comment count does my TikTok video need?
A: Your video must meet both requirements for the tier corresponding to its verified views:

Like Rate = Likes / Views x 100%. For example, a video with 6,000 views needs at least 60 likes and 2 comments. We use likes and views recorded at the same time during our data review.
Q18. Why does TikTok have engagement requirements? Does YouTube have them too?
A: Likes and comments help us assess whether the views reflect genuine audience engagement. Meeting these thresholds alone does not prove that the traffic is genuine. Videos with unusual or manipulated data may still be disqualified.
YouTube has no minimum like rate or comment count this season, but its videos must still pass content review and data checks.
Q19. What if my TikTok video has enough views but falls short on likes or comments?
A: It won't receive a cash reward. It must meet both requirements for the tier corresponding to its verified views; it cannot qualify for a lower cash tier instead.
It can still earn the in-game reward for its view count if it meets the other rules and its data shows no irregularities. For example, an otherwise eligible video with 6,000 views can still earn 10 Fish Chips, but not US$10, if it falls short on either engagement requirement.
Q20. Can I earn rewards for more than one video? Is there a total cash limit?
A: Yes. We calculate rewards for each eligible video separately, then add them together for you. This does not mean that lower-tier rewards stack within a single video.
There is no separate limit on your total cash rewards, but you can submit only 5 videos. For example, two eligible YouTube videos with 35,000 views each earn a total of 20 Fish Chips + US$360.
Q21. Are there weekly ranking rewards or referral bonuses?
A: No. S2 does not include weekly ranking rewards or referral bonuses. Rewards follow the published in-game and cash tiers.
View Counts and Reward Delivery
Q22. Why are views checked after entries close? Which views count?
A: The extra time allows eligible videos to gain more views naturally. Your video must still be published and submitted during the event. Views gained naturally after submissions close and before we record its data will count toward rewards.
We'll begin checking total views at 12:00 on November 16, 2026. Rewards are based on the figures we record for your video. Views gained after that will not increase its reward.
Q23. How long must my video stay public? Can I take it down once you've checked it?
A: Keep it public from the time you publish it, throughout the event, and for 30 days after the event ends: at least until December 8, 2026, at 23:59.
Do not delete it or make it private during that period, even if we've already checked its views. Videos that become inaccessible to us during the required period will not receive rewards.
Q24. What happens if a video is copied or its views look suspicious?
A: Ineligible videos and videos with manipulated data will not receive rewards. If the data looks unusual or we cannot verify it, we may ask for additional analytics. Your video must still meet the content and anti-manipulation rules, even if it reaches the required views, likes, and comments.
Serious plagiarism, data manipulation, or using multiple accounts to claim duplicate rewards may lead to disqualification from the entire S2 event.
Q25. When will I receive my rewards? How will you send them?
A: We'll finish reviewing entries, calculating rewards, and distributing them within 3 months after the event ends. We'll contact you using the details in your form with instructions for receiving your rewards.
In-game rewards will be sent to the PID in your form. If you qualify for cash rewards, we'll send a notice explaining the payment method, information needed, and response deadline. Make sure we can reach you through your contact details, and complete verification on time. Missing or incorrect information may delay your rewards or prevent us from sending them.
Q26. What if my reward notice is wrong? Will my personal information be public?
A: If your reward notice lists an incorrect video, creator name, or reward, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can review it.
Your email address, PID, and payment details will not be made public. We use the information in your form only to review eligibility, contact you, distribute rewards, and administer the event. Please don't post sensitive details in public comments.
