Q: Do I need to submit my video through the official form?
A: Yes. Only videos submitted through the official form will be eligible for review, rewards, and rankings.
Q: Do I need to submit a separate form for each video?
A: Yes. Each participating video must be submitted separately through the official form. If you submit multiple videos, please fill out a new form for each video link.
Q: How many videos can I submit?
A: Each creator may submit up to 3 videos per week in total across YouTube and TikTok.
A maximum of 12 videos can be submitted during the entire event period. Videos submitted beyond the limit will not be counted for rewards or rankings.
Q: Can I join both YouTube and TikTok tracks?
A: Yes. Creators may join both tracks at the same time, as long as each submitted video meets the requirements for its platform.
Q: Does my video need to be in English?
A: Videos may be primarily in English, Russian, or Korean. Using one of these languages helps keep event review consistent and makes it easier for the wider community to understand and enjoy your content.
Q: Can I replace or edit a submitted video link later?
A: No. Once a form is submitted, the submitted video link generally cannot be changed or replaced. Please double-check your video link, platform, creator information, and referral information before submitting.
Q: What if I publish a later video that performs better than a video I already submitted?
A: You may submit it as a new entry, as long as you have not exceeded the submission limit. However, previously submitted links cannot be replaced or swapped.
Q: Can I post more Soul Knight videos outside the form?
A: Yes, but only videos submitted through the official form within the submission limit will be counted for this event.
Q: Does my video need to be public?
A: Yes. Your video must remain public until reward review and settlement are completed.
Q: Why is the final data verification later than the event end date?
A: Only videos published and submitted during the event period are eligible. Final views will be checked later to allow eligible videos more time for natural view growth.
Q: Are YouTube and TikTok counted together?
A: No. YouTube and TikTok are separate tracks and will be reviewed, ranked, and settled separately.
Q: Can I win multiple ranking spots in the same ranking period?
A: No. Each creator can receive at most one ranking bonus per ranking period. Only the creator's highest-view eligible video will count.
Q: What if I rank on both YouTube and TikTok in the same period?
A: You will receive only the higher ranking bonus.
Q: Why does TikTok have like rate and comment requirements?
A: These requirements help confirm that video views are organic and supported by real engagement.
Q: What happens if my video has abnormal data?
A: Videos with suspicious views, fake engagement, purchased traffic, or abnormal data growth may be excluded from rewards and rankings.
Q: How does the referral bonus work?
A: If a creator you referred earns $100 USD or more in final rewards, the referral is valid and you receive $15 USD.
Q: Can I refer myself or use another account?
A: No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, suspicious accounts, or related-account abuse will not be counted.
Q: What is the maximum reward I can receive?
A: Each creator can receive up to $800 USD in total cash rewards during the event.
Q: When will rewards be distributed?
A: Rewards will be reviewed and settled after the event ends. Reward collection details will be announced later.
