1. Event Period
Event Period:
July 13, 2026, 10:00 - August 9, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8)
Final Data Verification Time:
August 17, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8)
Only videos published and submitted during the event period will be eligible.
2. Eligible Platforms
This event includes two separate tracks:
YouTube Long-form Track
Eligible YouTube videos must meet the following requirements:
- Published on YouTube
- Horizontal long-form video
- At least 2 minutes long
- The video must be primarily in English
- Recommended resolution: 1920×1080
- Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9
TikTok Short-form Track
Eligible TikTok videos must meet the following requirements:
- Published on TikTok
- Vertical short-form video
- At least 10 seconds long
- The video must be primarily in English
- Recommended resolution: 1080×1920
- Recommended aspect ratio: 9:16
YouTube and TikTok entries will be reviewed, ranked, and settled separately.
3. Eligible Content
Submitted videos must be related to Soul Knight v8.4.0.
Recommended content types include, but are not limited to:
- New version gameplay
- New character introductions
- Character growth system explanations
- Build recommendations
- Beginner or advanced guides
- Version highlight recaps
- Creative videos, memes, edits, or challenge runs
4. Video Requirements
To be eligible, each submitted video must:
- Be published during the event period
- Be related to Soul Knight v8.4.0
- Be in English
- Remain public until reward review and settlement are completed
- Be submitted through the official submission form
- Follow YouTube / TikTok platform rules and local laws
Videos that do not meet the requirements will not be counted.
5. How to Submit

Creators must submit their videos SEPARATELY through the official submission form!!!
To keep event review and reward settlement efficient, the number of videos that can be submitted for this event is limited.
Submission rules:
- Each creator may submit up to 3 videos per week in total across YouTube and TikTok.
- Each creator may submit a maximum of 12 videos during the entire event period.
- Each video link may only be submitted once
- Different videos must be submitted separately
- Only videos submitted through the official form will be eligible for review, rewards, and ranking
- Videos submitted beyond the weekly limit will not be counted.
- Submitted videos generally cannot be replaced after submission; if you submit an incorrect link, please contact the official team as soon as possible
6. Settlement Limits
For this event, each creator may submit a maximum of 3 videos per week.
All eligible submitted videos will be considered for event review, Base View Rewards, and Performance Ranking Bonuses.
Videos submitted beyond the weekly limit will not be counted toward event rewards or rankings.
7. Reward Structure
A creator's final reward may include three parts:
Final Reward = Base View Reward + Performance Ranking Bonus + Referral Bonus
A single creator can receive up to $800 USD in total cash rewards during the event.
All rewards are subject to official review and final verification.
8. Base View Rewards
Base View Rewards are calculated based on the final verified view count of each eligible video.
Final view data will be verified at: August 17, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8)

9. TikTok Interaction Requirements
To help ensure valid and organic video performance, TikTok videos must also meet basic interaction requirements.
Like Rate = Likes / Views
TikTok videos that do not meet the required interaction standards may not be counted for Base View Rewards.
Videos with clearly abnormal performance data may be excluded from reward settlement and ranking.
10. Performance Ranking Bonus
During the event, official rankings will be held weekly based on video performance.
To ensure fair competition, each ranking period will include videos published within the corresponding period. Ranking results will be verified every Thursday at 12:00 (UTC+8) and announced on the following day.

Ranking Rules
- YouTube and TikTok will be ranked separately
- Only eligible videos submitted through the official form will be counted
- Each creator can receive at most one ranking bonus per ranking period
- Each creator's highest-view eligible video will be used for ranking
- If one creator has multiple videos in the Top 5, only their highest-view video will count
- If one creator ranks in both YouTube and TikTok during the same ranking period, only the higher bonus will be awarded
- If there are not enough eligible entries, some ranking slots may remain empty
- Ranking bonuses can be combined with Base View Rewards
- Videos with abnormal data may be excluded from ranking

11. Referral Bonus
Creators may invite other creators to join the event.
Referral rules:
- Each creator may list one referrer when submitting the form
- One referred creator can only be linked to one referrer
- Referral information cannot be changed after submission
- If a referred creator earns $100 USD or more in final cash rewards, the referral is considered valid
- Each valid referral grants the referrer $15 USD
- Referral rewards can be accumulated
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, clearly related accounts, or suspicious accounts will not be counted
12. Reward Cap
Each creator can receive up to $800 USD in total cash rewards during the event.
The reward cap includes:
- Base View Rewards
- Performance Ranking Bonus
- Referral Bonus
Once a creator reaches the reward cap, additional cash rewards will no longer be accumulated.
However, creators may still submit videos and may still be featured by official channels.
13. Reward Example
Example:
A creator submits three eligible videos:
The creator also ranks #3 in a TikTok ranking period and receives a $20 Ranking Bonus.
The creator successfully refers 2 creators who each earn at least $100, receiving a $30 Referral Bonus.
Final reward:
$30 + $110 + $100 + $20 + $30 = $290
If the final amount exceeds the $800 reward cap, the creator will receive up to $800.
14. Disqualification Rules
Submissions may be disqualified if they include or involve:
- Reposted, copied, stolen, or plagiarized content
- Fake views, likes, comments, or other manipulated data
- Purchased traffic or abnormal data growth
- Low-quality mass-generated AI content
- Infringing materials or third-party content used without permission
- Offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexual, illegal, or harmful content
- Political, extremist, gambling, drug-related, or other prohibited content
- Malicious use, promotion, or spread of game bugs or exploits
- Content unrelated to Soul Knight or this event
- Violations of YouTube / TikTok rules, local laws, or community standards
- Suspicious referral behavior, duplicate accounts, or related-account abuse
ChillyRoom reserves the right to exclude any submission or creator with abnormal, suspicious, or ineligible activity.
15. Content Usage Authorization
By participating in the event, creators authorize ChillyRoom to feature, repost, quote, edit, or share submitted content for Soul Knight-related promotion, community operation, and event recap purposes.
Possible usage channels include, but are not limited to:
- In-game pages
- Official website
- Official social media
- Official community channels
- Video platforms
- Event recap or promotional materials
Creator credit will be given where applicable.
16. Reward Distribution
Rewards will be reviewed and settled after the event ends.
- Final rewards are based on official verification results
- Reward collection details will be announced later
- Creators must submit reward collection information within 15 days after being contacted
- Creators who fail to reply or submit required information on time may be considered to have forfeited their reward
- If incorrect information prevents reward distribution, the creator will be responsible for the result
17. Other Terms
ChillyRoom reserves the final right to interpret event rules, eligibility, reward settlement, disqualification decisions, and related arrangements.
